The preparation method is as follows: the raw material aluminum selenide Al2Se3 reacts with water H2O to generate hydrogen selenide H2Se, and the water in the H2Se gas is removed by condensation; It is characterized: continue to use the adsorber containing aluminum selenide particles to adsorb the water in the residual H2Se gas. After deep drying of the H2Se gas, the H2Se gas enters the cylinder for condensation and liquefaction, exclusion of non-condensable gas impurities dissolved in the liquid; Close the cylinder valve to obtain purified hydrogen selenide directly contained in the cylinder.
